On April 10th 2025 the Dutch Foundation of Innovation Welfare 2 Work hosted the last ELDeM You transnational project meeting in Leiden. The partnership dealt with the last changes of the online tool and the coordination of the multiplier events.

The project ELDeM YOU is launching the testing phase. On January 13th 2025 we have presented the Digital Tool to our Dutch youth workers. The idea is that the participating youth workers participate in the evaluation of the ELDeM YOU online tool! The insights as a youth worker are critical for us to understand how well this Life Design resource supports both the teaching experience and the learning journey of young participants.

Feedback for YOU

The feedback of the youth workers will guide us in refining the tool for future use. Ofcourse we will also test the tool with our young people. This will be done in the period January 13th – January 31st. ELDeM YOU is specifically designed for young people who are making their career choices and planning their next steps in life. If you are unsure about which path to take next, this tool will help you understand your strengths and interests, explore career paths and make informed decisions about your future.
