Final Meeting Prockd – Athens

ProCKD is about exchanging good practices for the professional integration of adults with chronic kidney disease. On October 7th-8th 2022 the final meeting was organised in Athens, Greece. The ProCKD project focuses on the needs and problems of patients with chronic kidney desease to support them in training and education, employment and entrepreneurship, removing the obstacles for a person who wish to have a fulfilling professional life.
